Our Refurbished trike have been professionally inspected and reconditioned by our expert technicians. While these bikes may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small scratches or slight blemishes, their structural integrity and mechanical performance remain fully intact.
We offer three grades : Grade A, Grade B, Grade C. You can find more details in the tab below.

We ship anywhere in North America! A competitive $150 flat fee for e-bike deliveries and 250$ flat fee for e-trike deliveries in Canada, and $450 everywhere in Continental USA
*AREAS EXCLUDED FROM DELIVERY : We do not currently deliver to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes or APOs. For customers residing in these areas, please contact us at orders@olliebike.com to explore other delivery options.
We ship only with trusted carriers and we make sure they take an appointment with you 24 hours before delivery.
A tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Our electric bicycles and tricycles come fully assembled with only little work to do once it has arrived.

1. Warranty Categories
🔹 Category A – "Like New" (Less than 100 km)
✔ Bike in excellent condition, lightly used.
✔ Warranty: 1 year (with extension option).
✔ Coverage:
- Frame & fork: 12 months
- Electronic & electrical components (excluding battery): 12 months
- Battery: 12 months
❌ Labor not included.
🔹 Category B – Refurbished Bikes (More than 100 km, minor scratches)
✔ Bike has undergone light refurbishing.
✔ Warranty: 1 year
✔ Coverage:
- Frame & fork: 12 months
- Electronic & electrical components (excluding battery): 6 months
- Battery: 6 months
❌ Labor not included.
🔹 Category C – Used Bikes ("Sold As Is")
✔ Used tricycle.
✔ Warranty: 30 days (without box).
✔ Coverage:
- Frame & fork: 30 days (structural warranty only)
- Battery and electrical component: 30 days

All certified refurbished Ollie Bike products come with a limited warranty. To enjoy extended coverage, you can purchase an extended warranty plan for your Grade A -B certified refurbished Ollie Bike product. The extended warranty plan provides up to 60 months of protection
The Refurbished Item I Wanted Is No Longer Available. How Can I Ensure I Get One When It's in Stock?
Refurbished products are typically available in very limited quantities, and we often run out of stock. If you see an item you like, we recommend purchasing it quickly. A product will be reserved for you once you have completed the transaction and we have received full authorized payment.
Please note that some payment methods take longer to process than others, and the availability of the refurbished product is not guaranteed until we have received your full payment.
